Pilgrims Europe invites applications for a Farm Manager role within our Broiler team. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the Broiler Farm, including stock quality, welfare, health, safety and the achievement of budgetary targets.
You will manage records, environmental systems, feed, water and ventilation, and you will lead and develop a small team, with a Level 3 Poultry Passport being preferred. A dwelling on site is available and a performance bonus scheme is offered.
