We are recruiting for full time Operatives to work in our Hygiene Department at our Westerleigh site. We are looking for candidates who are keen to learn new skills, are focused and driven. If you feel that this describes you, we want to hear from you! We are looking to invest into people, providing role specific training to progress enthusiastic candidates up through the business.
Reporting to the Hygiene Manager, successful candidates will work with the Hygiene team to clean production and packing areas.
Shift pattern: Night shift (17:00pm – 01:30am & 20:00pm – 04:30am)
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning specified production equipment
- Adhere to site and department specific SOP's and SSOW complying with the Health, Safety and Hygiene Regulations at all times.
- The operators will need to be flexible and use a variety of skills, understanding quality, product and safety requirements and be able to handle non routine situations which may arise.
