We are currently looking for a Dispatch Operative to join our Dispatch team at Pilgrims Europe in Bodmin. In this role you will be reporting to the Dispatch Area Leader and will play a key role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of stock. You will help ensure orders are completed accurately, on time, and in line with all health, safety, and quality standards.
Earn Big: Competitive hourly rate, with the potential to earn over £508 per week! Balanced shift pattern: Monday to Friday 10:00 to 18:00, offering regular rest days and a predictable rota.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers to and from suppliers, sites, and customers
- Receive and transfer products using SAP handheld scanners
- Pick products accurately in line with dispatch schedules
- Build, wrap, and secure pallets ready for loading
- Ensure correct stock rotation is followed at all times
- Complete all documentation accurately and within required timeframes
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene, including correct PPE usage
- Operate equipment safely and report any faults immediately
- Maintain 5S standards within the dispatch area
- Support Line Leader duties when required
- Undertake any reasonable additional duties and training as required

- Confident using handheld scanners and working with stock systems

- Willingness to undertake training, including refresher or new training.
