Pilgrim's Europe is a leading food manufacturer, and we are currently looking for a Line Controller to join our dedicated team in Grantham. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive workplace with great opportunities for development.
In the line controller role you will be responsible for setting up and adjusting process machinery in order to ensure product safety and quality. You will be monitoring the product and machinery during production to ensure specification parameters are met.
In the role you will be required to fill machines with ingredients which may include lifting up to 25KG bags. You will focus on the efficient running of the line and changeovers when producing different products. You will also report any issues with product or machinery to your line manager to be resolved.
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday - 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00 alternating
