We specialize in processing fresh pork at our Westerleigh site! We are recruiting for permanent roles on the Monday to Friday shift pattern:
- Butchery Operative (day shift)
- Hygiene Operatives (day / night shifts)
- Skilled Butchers
- Abattoir Operatives (day shift, 4 out of 5 days)
- Packing Operatives (Days, afternoons)
Shifts Available (Full Time):
- Permanent day shift
- Night shift
- Afternoon shift

Previous experience as a pork butcher or meat processor in Food Manufacturing is required.
Responsibilities include:
- Manual handling
- Cut, bone and trim meat (Pork)
- Accurately cut and weigh meat to meet predetermined weight and size specifications
- Comply with Company policies, Health and Safety and Food Safety Standards at all times, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
