We specialize in processing fresh pork at our Westerleigh site! Due to continuous growth, we have a number of fantastic opportunities within our team at the Westerleigh site. We are recruiting for permanent roles on the Monday to Friday shift pattern:
- Butchery Operative (day shift)
- Hygiene Operatives (day/night shifts)
- Skilled Butchers
- Abattoir Operatives (day shift, 4 out of 5 days)
- Packing Operatives (Days, afternoons)

It would be desirable for candidates to have:

- Previous experience as a pork butcher or meat processor in Food Manufacturing
- Advanced knife handling skills
- Manual handling
In your role you will:
- Cut, bone and trim meat (Pork)
- Accurately cut and weigh meat to meet predetermined weight and size specifications
- Ensure product is processed according to Customer Specifications
- Safely operate machinery including band saws
- Comply with Company policies, Health and Safety and Food Safety Standards at all times, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
