We have exciting opportunities for Skilled Butchers to join our team at Pilgrim's Europe Westerleigh site! Within our Butchery Department, we are looking for talented people to join our team as a skilled butcher cutting, trimming & deboning pork shoulders, legs and middles.

Responsibilities:
- Cut, bone and trim meat (pork)
- Remove bones and excess fat, gristle, and bruises to meet specific, high-quality, or lean product requirements
- Accurately cut and weigh meat to meet predetermined weight and size specifications
- Ensure work is carried out to the best of your abilities to meet production deadlines
- Comply with Company policies, Health and Safety and Food Safety Standards at all times, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a pork butcher or meat processor in Food Manufacturing
- Manual handling
