An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and passionate individual with a drive to succeed, to join Pilgrim's Europe at their site in Ballymena for Prep Day Shift.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 06:00am - 14:30pm

The job of Production Operative is to carry out all duties relating to the efficient and effective running of the allocated work area to meet the Section's objectives in line with the overall Company goals and objectives. Carry out all allocated duties in the designated work area in accordance with operating procedures and management instructions to produce the product according to customer specifications and key performance indicators. Ensure that work rates, production targets, hygiene, quality and housekeeping standards are met and maintained. Co-operate in the smooth running of the area, avoiding double handling, waste, and ensuring a level of good housekeeping.

A good level of English both written and verbal. Previous experience working within a factory environment.
