We have exciting opportunities for Line Leaders to join our Operations team in Pilgrim's Europe - at Ballymena site. The successful candidate will support the smooth running of the production department, ensuring targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure the efficient running of the production line.
  • Lead and support operatives to achieve daily targets for production, quality, and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
  • Manage and monitor work rates, hygiene, housekeeping, and technical standards.
  • Report and address machinery breakdowns, faults, or other issues in collaboration with engineering staff.
  • Assist in training, discipline, and grievance handling where required.
