We are currently recruiting for Hygiene Operative Nights to join our Team at Ballymena site.

Working Hours: 4on 4off - 6pm to 6am

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure areas and equipment that are cleaned safely following all the safety instructions including using the correct PPE and equipment and to the required Hygiene standard in a timely manner in accordance with the site Hygiene plan.
  • Ensure all electrical panels, switches, sockets, and sensors are bagged off prior to rinsing and washing.
  • Waste management.
  • To ensure any reportable issues are reported to your manager or supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Interact with the day shift operational teams and seek feedback around any issues that they may encounter.

Essential Criteria:

  • A good level of English both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work in a chilled environment.
  • Good problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and ability to use own initiative.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts.
  • Manual Dexterity.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Previous experience working within a factory environment.
  • Previous experience working within a hygiene function/role.
