We are currently recruiting for Hygiene Operative Nights to join our Team at Ballymena site.
Working Hours: 4 on 4 off - 6pm to 6am
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure areas and equipment are cleaned safely following all safety instructions, including using the correct PPE and equipment, and to meet the required Hygiene standard in a timely manner in accordance with the site Hygiene plan.
- Ensure all electrical panels, switches, sockets, and sensors are bagged off prior to rinsing and washing.
- Waste management.
- To ensure any reportable issues are reported to your manager or supervisor in a timely manner.
- Interact with the day shift operational teams and seek feedback around any issues that they may encounter.

Essential Criteria:
- A good level of English both written and verbal.
- The ability to work in a chilled environment.
- Good problem solving and decision making skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and ability to use own initiative.
- Ability to work rotating shifts.
- Manual Dexterity.
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience working within a factory environment.
- Previous experience working within a hygiene function/role.
