Technical Administrator
Location: Attleborough
We are looking for a detail-focused Technical Systems Administrator to support our Technical and Site teams in maintaining compliance with internal and external standards while driving continuous improvement across food safety, quality, and technical systems.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a food manufacturing technical or quality environment who enjoys analysing data, improving systems, and supporting operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Support the management and continuous improvement of site technical systems and quality management processes.
- Maintain and support systems including SAP, INNOVA, Recipe Professor, Foods Connected, and other group platforms.
- Assist with document control and Quality Management System (QMS) compliance.
- Analyse technical and quality KPIs, identify trends, and provide meaningful reports to support decision-making.
- Support food safety and quality culture initiatives across the site.
- Assist with internal and external audits, traceability exercises, and mass balance activities.
- Investigate issues, identify root causes, and support corrective actions using problem-solving methodologies.
- Work closely with production teams to communicate technical data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the delivery of Operational Excellence (OPEX) projects and Technical Excellence objectives.
Essential Criteria
- HACCP experience and working knowledge of retailer standards and BRCGS
- Experience in supporting audits
- Working knowledge of BRC and industry regulations
- Experience in Technical/ Quality teams
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- IT Skills - proficient use of Microsoft Office
- Good attention to detail

- 8 Step Problem solving experience
