Pilgrim’s Europe is looking for a motivated Team Leader to join our team and contribute to our success. If you have a keen eye for detail and a can-do attitude, this opportunity is for you!

Competitive hourly rate of £17.62, with the potential to earn over £500 per week. Shift pattern: 18:00 pm - 06:00 am, 4 days on, 4 days off, providing more time for yourself.

Job Role

To lead the team in achieving their required metrics for the area, with a key focus on team member safety, product quality and process optimisation, providing daily support and coaching to all team members.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Proficient written, numerical, and verbal skills.
  • Fluency in the English language (oral and written).
  • Ability to record, interpret and analyse key process data.
  • Experience in a manufacturing operation.
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Team management experience.
  • Proficient with MS Office tools.
  • Understanding of lean tools and formal problem solving.
  • Detailed understanding of the processes in the area of responsibility.
