You'll be responsible for warehouse, goods-in, stock control, picking and despatch operations, ensuring safety, service, and operational excellence are delivered every day.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop Logistics Team Leaders and Team Members.
- Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance across the operation.
- Manage stock accuracy, warehouse performance, and material flow.
- Deliver continuous improvement projects using OPEX tools and problem-solving techniques.
- Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in service, cost, quality, and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing warehouse, despatch, or goods-in operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
