We’re looking for a passionate and experienced QA Supervisor to take ownership of food safety, quality assurance, and compliance during night operations at our Attleborough site. This is an exciting opportunity for a food manufacturing professional who thrives in a fast‑paced FMCG environment, enjoys leading teams, and wants to play a key role in building a world‑class food safety culture.
Working closely with Technical and Production teams, you’ll be the go‑to quality expert on shift, ensuring best‑in‑class standards across GMP, HACCP, allergen management, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the lead Quality authority on night shift, driving food safety excellence
- Ensuring full compliance with food safety standards, BRC, GMP, and allergen controls
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Quality Technologists
- Embedding a proactive food safety culture across production teams
- Using data analysis, KPIs, and root cause analysis to improve performance
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives within a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Supporting Operational Excellence (OPEX) and Technical strategy delivery
- Ensuring products meet customer, regulatory, and brand standards every time
What We’re Looking For
- HACCP Level 4 (desirable)
- Degree or equivalent in Food Science, Food Technology, or Quality Management
- Proven experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or high-risk production environments
- Strong knowledge of BRC standards, GMP, HACCP, and allergen control
- Demonstrable leadership and team development skills
- Confident in problem-solving, auditing, and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
