We’re looking for a confident Production Stream Quality Lead to drive food safety and quality standards within our operations during night shifts. Reporting into the Technical function and working closely with Production, you’ll lead quality activity on shift, embed a strong food safety culture and ensure standards are applied consistently with no compromise.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the senior Quality lead for your production stream on night shift.
- Drive food safety, GMP, allergen and quality compliance across operations.
- Coach and influence production teams to build strong food safety behaviours.
- Lead Quality Technologists within the stream, supporting performance and development.
- Use data, KPIs and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Support the Technical Excellence and OPEX agendas within the production stream.
- Ensure quality standards deliver the best outcomes for customers and the business.
What You’ll Need
- HACCP Level 4 (Desirable)
- Degree or Diploma in Food Safety, Food Technology or similar (or equivalent experience).
- Experience working to food safety and technical standards in manufacturing.
- Strong problem‑solving and data analysis skills.
- Good knowledge of GMP, allergen control and quality systems.
- Confident communicator, able to influence teams on shift.
