Pilgrims Europe in Attleborough is seeking a Production Shift Manager Nights to lead our Manufacturing team on a permanent night shift (6:00pm–6:00am) a 4 on 4 off pattern.
You will develop and coach a shift team, manage day-to-day operations, drive production targets, ensure safety and quality standards, and report to the Production Stream Manager. This is a full-time role based at Attleborough site.
