Job Purpose

To be a key hygiene team member, delivering the required hygiene standards for the site. Have a strong focus on colleague safety and product quality.

Key Accountabilities

• Have safety as a key priority while completing any tasks.
• Only carry out tasks that training has been provided for and sit within the team members area of responsibility (e.g., do not operate equipment you are not authorised to use).
• Ensure that all tasks carried have been formally risk assessed.
• Embrace “Go for Zero” and promote positive behaviours and encourage other team members to work safely, when unsafe practices have been observed.
• Complete any safety checks that are required from your role, and ensure the environment is as safe as possible for all team members to work in.
• Wear all required PPE to ensure all tasks are completed safely.
• Follow the standard work, ensuring any safety concerns are raised to the right person at the right time.
