Job Purpose; To deliver excellent results by following standard work, enabling the efficient flow of product, picking the stock to customer order accurately using the right tools, continually improving the work environment by, helping the team to achieve the required metrics for the area.
Have a key focus on colleague safety, throughput, and adherence to standards.
Job
Role: Identify, rectify, and report issues that may affect throughput (Picking and Out loading), product quality or team member health & safety, to facilitate further investigation and root cause analysis.
Aspire to be part of a high performing team.
Conduct visual inspection of materials for damage, defect or foreign material and verification of material batch numbers and shelf life.
Setup the area and ensure all the following is adhered to: controls for working safely, hygiene standards, use of tools or equipment and order processing/picking as specified in area SOP's.
Pick customer orders as per the priority of outload plans briefed by Team Leader and Process controllers on the day.
Record and collect relevant data to enable excellent results such as order tracking, waste, non-conformances, rework, equipment issues, or availability of materials and information to perform your work etc.
Conduct periodic quality inspections and document as prescribed in SOP's.
Determine if corrective action is required and pursue implementation of corrective action to ensure avoid disruption or delay.
