This role will support the site in delivering its objectives by providing timely and accurate information. Helping to drive culture and performance change, this role is one of the key supports for the Site\’s Site Accountant
What you will be doing?
- Prepare stock and sales information reporting
- Vendor invoice management.
- Assist in weekly & monthly financial reporting & reconciliations, ensuring data is timely, accurate and complete.
- Support overhead reduction, by tracking and monitoring spend, including regular reviews with department managers.
- Provide financial data for financial projects and initiatives.
- Set up and maintain trackers to improve site performance (KPI and GAPs).
- Analyse data, investigating & reporting on anomalies
- Be a SAP Superuser for the finance team
- Other ad-hoc duties as directed.
