We're looking for a Legal Counsel to provide practical, commercial legal support across a broad range of business activities, helping to manage risk while supporting growth and strategic initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer looking to develop their in-house career within a fast-paced, international business.

What You'll Do

  • Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial and procurement contracts
  • Support M&A transactions, corporate projects and company secretarial activities
  • Advise on a range of legal and regulatory matters, including disputes and compliance issues
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide pragmatic legal guidance
  • Identify legal risks and develop practical solutions to support business objectives
  • Support wider legal projects and initiatives as required

What You'll Bring

  • Qualified Solicitor or Barrister (UK)
  • Newly Qualified to 2 years PQE
  • Experience gained in a leading law firm or fast-paced in-house environment
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills across commercial agreements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially minded, proactive and able to work independently
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland

Desirable:

  • In-house legal experience
  • FMCG, food or manufacturing sector experience
  • Corporate or company secretarial experience
