Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same? Join our team at Clonmore Stores and GP Farms as an Administrator , and play a key role in keeping our agricultural operations running smoothly and efficiently! ?? What You\’ll Be Doing: From managing systems to supporting farm logistics, you\’ll be the go-to person for all things admin: ?? Update and maintain the Price Master and MTech systems (orders, stock, transfers, and reconciliation) ?? Track and reconcile vaccines in line with VMD requirements ?? Organise chemical collections , sample deliveries , and vehicle safety checks ?? Report KPI data , upload bird transfer dockets , and assist with weekly farm closes ?? Greet visitors, answer calls, and provide a professional front-of-house experience ??? Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes ?? Issue monthly stool kits and upload vaccination figures to track team efficiency ??? Coordinate maintenance , MOTs , and Driver CPC compliance ?? Handle all filing, scanning, photocopying, and laminating duties ?? Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve invoice and VIM queries ????? Provide relief admin cover for Breeders and support managers with project work ?
