Pilgrim's Europe is recruiting for Production Operatives in the Abattoir Department at our Westerleigh site. We offer role-specific training to progress enthusiastic candidates up through the business and a structured induction to learn the processes on a busy production line.
Shifts run 06:30-17:15 or 06:45-17:30 across 4 x 10 hour days, equating to a 40 hour week. We value teamwork, safety and a can-do attitude, with opportunities to develop within the company and access staff benefits.
