Telesales Agent

We are excited to announce the expanding of our Telesales/Service Team with members that can make outgoing calls and up sales in our Exeter office. Job Title : Telesales Location : Exeter Job Type : Permanent contract, Full time Pay : £12.21 per hour (paid monthly) Expected hours : 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm Key Responsibilities : Reporting to the supervisor, your role will be to deal with new and regular customers on the phone, to handle service enquiries You may also be allocated to help in the warehouse to prepare customer orders for delivery by our team of drivers. Handling both incoming and outgoing sales calls and dealing with customer queries and complaints in friendly and professional manner Being able to match products and services to a customer\’s needs, in turn providing an effective and efficient service Working as part of the branch team, you will deliver excellent customer care and online assistance for customers.
