We are seeking to recruit a Technical Manager to lead our technical function at our site in Andover . Job Title: Technical Manager Your purpose of the role is to be an ambassador for Quality and Food Safety, demonstrating behaviours and always reinforcing Pilgrim’s Europe commitment to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for leading the Technical Team, ensuring site compliance against legislative and customer requirements Lead or participate in customer and stakeholder visits Take ownership and develop the Food Safety systems for the site and employ a risk-based approach to food safety Represent the technical department alongside the wider leadership team Own the Technical KPIs, ensure accurate reporting and appropriate escalation Drive the Food Safety and Quality culture of the site and the wider business Work with the group function to continuously improve audit readiness and compliance, focus on root cause Coach and develop the team to give strength and depth to the department Work with customers and the NPD team to ensure product launches are delivered smoothly What You’ll Need: Leadership experience in Food Manufacturing, Food Safety & Quality A background in food processing A good understanding of BRCGS…
