We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to join our Team at Ruskington site. Shift Pattern: Days – mainly Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work (flexibility is required). The role is crucial to the efficient running of the site and therefore you will be required to demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a flexible and proactive approach to ensure the overall needs of the business are met. HNC level (or equivalent) & NEBOSH qualifications are desirable. You will also need to have strong Management/Supervisory skills and knowledge/understanding of legal requirements eg Duty Holder, safe systems of work, permits to work, HSE.
