Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Finance, the Supply Chain Finance Lead will be responsible for the reporting of PE Group Freight & Logistics costs within Pilgrim's Europe, providing a financial reporting and commercial support service to the Freight & Logistics team.
What will I be doing?
- Support in developing PE group reporting on distribution and warehousing including development of management information as required.
- Develop PE group reporting of gap closure activities within the Logistics team.
- Provide insightful analysis to help identify opportunities for cost efficiency / gap up opportunities.
- Support and provide input to standardisation initiatives as Pilgrim's Europe ways of working become embedded.
- Attend and support meetings with Logistics management as required.
- Provide pro-active input to developing and implementing improvement opportunities in logistics accounting and control processes.
- Ensure compliance with all SOX and standard internal controls as required.
