The Line Controller is to assist the OTL in the manufacture of quality products and meet production needs with due regard to Customer Specification, Hygiene, Site Rotation Policy, Health, Safety & Environmental Procedures, Production Control and Productivity. Shift pattern: Twilight Shift – Monday to Friday . Hours of work: 18:00-02:00. Department: RTC Maternity cover. Paid breaks DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES: To work in a manner that promotes the health and safety of oneself and others. To report any health and safety issues to your immediate manager. To report any accidents or near missus to the first aider in the area. To set a good example of behaviour. To work in a manner which ensures Quality and Hygiene standards are maintained in the production environment. To ensure productivity standards are maintained You may be asked to work in any area of the business as and when demand requires it. To carryout a reasonable amount of overtime or to work outside core hours to meet orders and demand of the business.
