Under the direction of the Mill Manager, you will take ownership for maintaining and improving the cleanliness of the Mill to the highest standards. You will liaise with Team Leaders, Operatives, Maintenance Staff, Drivers, Raw Material Department Staff, Farm Managers, Office Staff, and the Mill Manager. To \’live\’ welfare as a condition with the opportunity to grow and develop via our bespoke Agriculture Academy. \’Growing our own\’ agriculture specialists and leaders of the future is something that is extremely important to Moy Park. To gain a full understanding of poultry in MP. Contribute to that department/add value by developing requisite skills in this area in line with MP competency framework To work in a manner that actively seeks to reduce any negative environmental impact in relation to the processes and procedures operating within their area and across the wider business e.g. reduction of waste, recycling etc. Under the direction of the Team Leader, maintain the general cleanliness of the Mill in a specified rotation, using the vacuum system wherever possible.
