Under the direction of the Mill Manager, you will take ownership for maintaining and improving the cleanliness of the Mill to the highest standards. You will liaise with Team Leaders, Operatives, Maintenance Staff, Drivers, Raw Material Department Staff, Farm Managers, Office Staff, and the Mill Manager.
