As an FP&A Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering insightful financial analysis, driving performance, and supporting strategic initiatives across the European business. You'll go beyond the numbers - transforming data into actionable insights, influencing key stakeholders, and partnering with business leaders to drive value and impact.

What will I be doing?

  • Deliver accurate and timely monthly and quarterly management reporting
  • Lead SG&A cost analysis and provide actionable insights
  • Manage and forecast CAPEX, including PO approval processes and capital effectiveness
  • Drive weekly performance reporting and forecasting
  • Lead and support the annual budget and rolling forecast processes
  • Partner with financial and non-financial stakeholders across Europe
  • Consolidate and analyse EBIT by product line and customer
  • Standardize and optimize general ledger usage across entities
  • Support strategic projects and ad hoc analysis

What will I need to have?

  • Professional Qualification: Preferably a CIMA qualification
  • Experience: Proven track record in FP&A, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP, Power BI, Qlik, and Anaplan
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data
