The predicted salary is between 48000 - 72000 £ per year.

Responsible for delivering the capital plans for the site, to enable the site to achieve the profit and performance targets set by the Site Engineering Manager. To specify, cost and manage capital projects delivering on time, on budget and with zero harm. Drive continuous improvement to maximise operational effectiveness and efficiencies through the development of people, process and systems. Sets improvements strategies for own department KPI's enhancing the group, mission, vision, and values as set out in the Premier Provider Plan.

What will I be doing?

  • To manage site capital investment plans, delivering capital spend in line with targets.
  • Ensure projects are managed within governance and in line with Pilgrim's and Moy Park procedures.
  • Produce site layouts for proposals and ensure site layouts are maintained.
  • Manage requests for capital through AFETS system.
  • Raising and receipting orders through SAP.
  • Inform regulatory bodies in line with requirements such as CDM, Planning WRAS etc.
  • Investigating emerging processes and technology to provide innovation and production efficiency improvements.
  • Develop payback projects and produce robust justification to secure funding.
  • Collaboration with Process development, Category, NPD, in addition to site Operations, Technical, HSE and Hygiene teams.
  • Support site engineering team with non-capital projects.
