Key Responsibilities : Develop a thorough understanding of the hot food-to-go market in convenience retail and foodservice channels, identifying customer and end-user needs and requirements Assist in monitoring brand performance and execution to ensure alignment with our strategic goals Create in-store point-of-sale (POS) materials, merchandising, and general communications, collaborating closely with our internal designer, external agencies, and suppliers. Organize B2B exhibitions with agency support to showcase our brand and products. Support the development and implementation of outstanding product launches that captivate our audience Provide hands-on support to Key Account Managers (KAM) and Channel Managers in developing and managing ongoing account plans, including specific marketing campaigns such as samplings, bespoke branding, exhibitions, and events.
