An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Innovation Manager to join our Marketing team and help drive the next phase of growth for the iconic Richmond brand. Over the past five years, Richmond has been on a transformational journey — expanding into new categories, evolving its positioning and strengthening its brand equity. Now we are looking for a passionate and strategic marketer to take ownership of the Innovation and Renovation agenda on a temporary basis, helping shape the future of the brand and delivering impactful innovation that excites consumers and drives category growth.

As Innovation Manager, you will lead the development of the Richmond innovation pipeline — from early proposition creation through to launch — working closely with cross-functional teams across the business.

  • Developing compelling innovation propositions aligned to the Richmond brand strategy
  • Translating consumer, shopper and category insights into exciting innovation platforms and product opportunities
  • Building and managing the innovation pipeline, prioritising initiatives that deliver maximum value
  • Leading concepts through the Stage Gate process, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial objectives
  • Partnering with insights, category, R&D, supply chain and commercial teams to bring innovation to life
  • Creating strong business cases to support innovation and renovation initiatives

Experience in FMCG marketing, innovation or brand management:

  • Proven ability to turn consumer insight into actionable innovation strategies
  • Experience developing innovation pipelines and propositions
  • Knowledge of the Stage Gate innovation process
  • Experience building commercial business cases for innovation
