Job Title: Telesales
Location: Exeter
Job Type: Permanent contract, Full time
Pay: £12.21 per hour (paid monthly)
Expected hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the supervisor, your role will be to deal with new and regular customers on the phone, to handle service enquiries
- You may also be allocated to help in the warehouse to prepare customer orders for delivery by our team of drivers.
- Handling both incoming and outgoing sales calls and dealing with customer queries and complaints in friendly and professional manner
- Being able to match products and services to a customer\'s needs, in turn providing an effective and efficient service
- Working as part of the branch team, you will deliver excellent customer care and online assistance for customers.
- to be proactive and enthusiastic with a passion for sales and offering high quality customer service to customers
- a clear telephone voice and good telephone manner are essential.
- Many of our customers are older people, so you will need to be an excellent communicator, with good customer service skills
