Senior Maintenance Manager
Location: Anwick
Reports to: Site Director
We’re looking for a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead our engineering team and drive operational excellence across our site. This is a key leadership role focused on keeping our plant running smoothly, delivering capital projects, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
What You’ll Do
- Lead maintenance strategy to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime
- Manage budgets, spares, and capital projects
- Ensure health & safety, hygiene, and audit readiness
- Support and develop your team to meet production goals
- Drive continuous improvement and cost‑saving initiatives
What You’ll Bring
- Engineering background (Electrical & Mechanical)
- Experience in food manufacturing (ideally chilled/primary processing)
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Knowledge of HACCP, TACCP, GMP, and relevant safety standards
- Certifications in areas like First Aid, Legionella, Asbestos, Working at Heights, etc.
