We are looking for a Reliability Engineer to join our amazing engineering team in Bromborough, as part of a restructuring program.
As a key member of the Engineering Team, your primary accountability is to provide safe and highly reliable equipment to manufacturing colleagues, achieved through a healthy balance of hands-on maintenance competence, equipment knowledge, analysis of equipment performance and strong communication skill.
Working Hours: 4 on 4 off – Days only
Key Responsibilities
- To focus on asset reliability to improve the overall reliability & efficiency of all site assets.
- Undertaking planned and reactive electrical and mechanical maintenance throughout the site.
- Identify improvement projects from scope to implementation with focus on equipment reliability and improved performance.
- Participate and lead Root cause analysis activities on site and drive engineering lead improvements on site
- Execute planned and unplanned maintenance activities to agreed standards, ensuring safe working always.
