Job Title - Operations Team Lead Location - Dungannon Working Hours - rotation - Week 1 - Monday - Tuesday - Friday - Saturday - Sunday - 05:45 - 17:45 - Week 2 - Wednesday - Thursday - 05:45 - 17:45 Contract Type 1x 12 Months Contract - maternity cover, Full-time, monthly paid Key Responsibilities lead, coach and support your team to achieve production goals maintain compliance with health&safety, hygiene, and quality standards drive efficiency, productivity, and team engagement promote a culture of improvement and accountability responsible for the performance and speeds of lines with the aim of maximising line efficiency monitor, control and report on the product quality of your area including product entering and leaving the area and the labelling of products. work to improve the work methods for productivity, performance, safety of the operation work closely with the managers in order to achieve KPIs and attend team meetings as required and contribute to good communication between management and operatives responsible for ensuring food safety, integrity, legality and quality at all times understand the Pilgrims Europe Health and Safety Policy, Company Safety Rules and Statutory requirements applying to all operations under your control About You: experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor role, ideally in manufacturing or food production Understanding of targets and KPI reporting.
