Key Operative – Hatchery Operations
Shift Pattern: Friday to Tuesday 12:00 noon – 8:00 pm or 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm.
Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Key Operative to support the smooth running of our Hatchery. This is a hands‑on role with leadership responsibilities, offering variety across key areas including supervision, egg handling, chick dispatch, and quality control.
What You’ll Do
- Step up as Supervisor when needed to ensure operational efficiency
- Organise production lines and support team performance
- Monitor egg and chick quality, hygiene, and chemical usage
- Record and report key data across hatchery processes
- Liaise with management and maintenance teams to resolve issues
- Support dispatch, vaccine administration, and quality checks
