Responsibilities
- Lead a team of operatives and ensure that work areas, machinery and equipment are cleaned to the highest standards and cleaning schedules are met at all times.
- Own your work and support your team in achieving best results while ensuring compliance with Company Policies and Procedures, Health & Safety, COSHH and Food Safety rules at all times.
- Work may involve heights, confined spaces, cold and warm environments.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and great attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Previous experience working in Hygiene Department is essential.
