We have an exciting opportunity for the Hygiene Team Leader to join us at our Ruskington site.
Shift Patterns: Afternoon Shift - 14:00 - 22:00, 5 out of 6 days a week with Sunday as a permanent rest day, 40h per week.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of operatives and ensure that work areas, machinery and equipment are cleaned to the highest standards and cleaning schedules are met at all times.
- Take ownership of your own work and support your team in achieving best results whilst ensuring everyone complies with Company Policies and Procedures, Health & Safety, COSHH and Food Safety rules at all times.
- Perform duties that may involve working at heights, confined spaces, cold and warm environment.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and motivate the team.
- Previous experience working in a Hygiene Department is essential.
