We are looking for a dedicated Process Operative to join our team at Pilgrim's Europe- Moy Park. In this role, you will be responsible for processing products within your department while ensuring that hygiene, quality and health & safety standards are always maintained. A key part of this role is working as part of a team to achieve production KPIs.

Work Pattern: Working hours are: 06.00am to 18.00pm, Saturday - Sunday, Team B.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out processing duties.
  • Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are maintained at all times.
  • Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain an excellent level of work consistency.
  • Perform packaging, labelling and boxing tasks.
  • Work in line with company policies and health & safety regulations.
  • Cooperate with managers and colleagues to achieve a safe and productive workplace.
  • Report hazards, defects, or incidents promptly.

Please note: This is a physical role which includes heavy lifting, manual handling, pulling, and fast-paced packing tasks. Applicants must be comfortable working in an active production environment.
