As a Process Operative, you will work as part of a team reporting to the Team Leader and Section Leader. Effective teamwork and communication with colleagues and supervisory staff are essential.
The role is mainly performed in a temperature-controlled environment, requiring extensive standing and repetitive movements.
Shift Pattern:
- 03:40-15:40, rotating A shift pattern (Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday / Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Pay Rate: £13.28 per hour

Skills / Knowledge Required:
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.
- Use knives safely for trimming, slicing, and dicing of products, following health and safety standards.
- Use scissors for trimming and dicing, adhering to safety guidelines.
- Tray and pack products according to customer specifications and quality standards.
