We are currently recruiting for Key Skilled Operatives to join our Operations Team in Craigavon. The successful candidate will play a vital role in meeting essential customer deadlines by ensuring all products are produced correctly the first time, in line with customer specifications and company quality standards. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining high safety, technical, and quality standards, ensuring efficiency, and reducing unnecessary waste. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Shift Patterns

  • Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.
  • Evening Shift: Monday to Friday, 4:00 pm – 12:00 am.
  • Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 12:00 am – 8:00 pm (night shift begins Sunday night and continues into Monday morning).

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate equipment to the highest attainable safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
  • Comply with all company operating procedures and traceability processes.
  • Meet customer service and specification requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
