An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Recruitment Team as a Campaign Resourcer. In this role, you will support Pilgrim's Europe talent attraction programme by partnering with the Talent and Recruitment team to create and manage attraction campaigns across social media and job boards, consolidating all recruitment requirements.
You will lead on alternative talent strategies, explore new avenues of attraction, and build strong networks with universities, job centres, schools, and community groups to ensure a diverse and sustainable talent pipeline.
