Pilgrim Primary Academy in Plymouth is seeking an inspirational Head of School to lead the academy into its next exciting chapter. This permanent, full-time post sits on the Leadership Scale L12–L18 (£67,898–£78,702) and requires a 1FTE per week, Monday to Friday commitment.
You will work closely with Reach South Academy Trust, the Regional Director and governors to drive school improvement, safeguard pupils and develop an ambitious, inclusive curriculum so every child can thrive.
