Responsibilities:
  • Pick and load customer orders accurately and efficiently in line with deadlines.
  • Move, lift and handle stock safely (regular lifting up to 25kg).
  • Follow all health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Use handheld scanners or warehouse systems where required.
  • Work closely with colleagues to meet nightly targets and service levels.
  • Be part of a fast-paced, physically active night team; responsible for picking, loading and moving stock accurately and safely to ensure customer orders are ready for delivery.
Requirements:
  • Valid Right to Work in the UK.
  • Minimum 12 months' warehouse experience (foodservice, FMCG or e-commerce preferred).
  • Ability to work regular night shifts.
  • Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet for most of the shift.
  • Reliable, punctual and consistent attendance record.
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse health and safety practices.
Desirable Skills:
  • Forklift or MHE licences (PPT, Counterbalance, Reach Truck).
  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or scanning devices.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends or across different warehouse areas.
  • Strong attention to detail and picking accuracy.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
