Responsibilities:- Pick and load customer orders accurately and efficiently in line with deadlines.
- Move, lift and handle stock safely (regular lifting up to 25kg).
- Follow all health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Use handheld scanners or warehouse systems where required.
- Work closely with colleagues to meet nightly targets and service levels.
- Be part of a fast-paced, physically active night team; responsible for picking, loading and moving stock accurately and safely to ensure customer orders are ready for delivery.
- Valid Right to Work in the UK.
- Minimum 12 months' warehouse experience (foodservice, FMCG or e-commerce preferred).
- Ability to work regular night shifts.
- Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet for most of the shift.
- Reliable, punctual and consistent attendance record.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Strong understanding of warehouse health and safety practices.
- Forklift or MHE licences (PPT, Counterbalance, Reach Truck).
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or scanning devices.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends or across different warehouse areas.
- Strong attention to detail and picking accuracy.
- Team-oriented mindset.
