Part-Time Administrator – Butchery Office
Location: Boston, Lincolnshire
Hours: 24 hours per week
Shift: 14:00 – 22:30, any 3 days from 6, Sunday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time
Pay: £14.30 per hour + £15.40 per hour overtime rate
About the Role
Pilgrim Foodservice is recruiting a Part-Time Production Administrator to join our busy Butchery Office team in Boston. This is a varied admin role within a fast-paced food production environment. You will support the department by updating spreadsheets, printing customer orders, managing paperwork, maintaining traceability records and communicating with internal teams and customers.
This role would suit someone with experience as an Administrator, Office Administrator, Admin Assistant, Production Administrator, Warehouse Administrator or Data Entry Clerk.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Updating daily KPI information
- Printing customer orders for the department
- Filing Butchery paperwork accurately
- Monitoring and responding to Butchery email enquiries
- Maintaining traceability records for audit purposes
- Updating purchase order and despatch spreadsheets
- Entering product weights onto the system
- Raising internal orders with the Warehouse team
- Ordering packaging, PPE, uniforms and Butchery supplies
- Communicating with customers and internal departments
- Supporting deliveries, stocktakes and Health & Safety paperwork when required
