Location: Boston, Lincolnshire

Pay: £16.58 - £18.78 per hour (£34,486 - £39,062 per year) + overtime £17.58 – £19.88 per hour; 40 hours per week, 5 days from Sunday to Friday.

Duties:

  • Cutting and preparing meat to customer specification
  • Working with beef, pork, lamb and chicken
  • Producing mince, burgers and sausages
  • Using butchery machinery safely and correctly
  • Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
  • Receiving and handling stock deliveries

Qualifications:

  • Previous butchery experience essential
  • Strong knife skills
  • Experience working within a commercial or wholesale butchery environment
  • Strong understanding of food hygiene and health & safety
  • Reliable with good attention to detail
  • Good English language skills, spoken and written
  • Comfortable working in a chilled production environment
  • Authorised to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
