The Role

We are seeking a commercially driven E-Commerce Executive to take ownership of our online trading performance. The E-Commerce Executive will manage the day-to-day operation of our e-commerce website, optimise the digital customer journey, and use data-driven insight to increase online sales, conversion rate and customer engagement. This is a hands-on digital role with real commercial impact, ideal for someone experienced in website management, online merchandising and performance optimisation.

Key Responsibilities for an E-Commerce Executive

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the e-commerce website, optimising product listings, category pages, landing pages, digital brochures and promotional content.
  • Ensure all product information, pricing, imagery and availability are accurate, consistent and regularly quality-checked to maintain a strong customer experience.
  • Improve on-site search, navigation and SEO (including structure, metadata and redirects) to enhance visibility and usability.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, average order value and revenue, producing clear insights and reports.
  • Implement data-led improvements to content, functionality and the overall customer journey, including coordinating photography and digital assets where required.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in an e-Commerce or a digital marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience using web analytics tools and Excel for reporting and performance analysis.
  • Commercially aware, detail-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear communicator with a practical, results-driven mindset.
