The Role
We are looking for a friendly and confident Customer Support Advisor to join our Support Team in Boston. This is a busy, customer-focused role where you will speak to customers daily, take phone orders, resolve queries and help grow accounts by recommending suitable products. You will work closely with drivers, warehouse teams and other departments to ensure customers receive a smooth and reliable service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently
- Take orders and support customers with queries
- Resolve issues and complaints through to completion
- Onboard new customers and build strong working relationships
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and develop accounts
- Maintain accurate records on internal systems
About You
- At least 1 year’s experience in a customer-facing role (ideally phone-based)
- Strong spoken and written English
- Confident, organised and calm under pressure
- Comfortable speaking with customers and recommending products
- Positive, team-focused and proactive
